English Access Microscholarship Program launched in Podgorica

English Access Microscholarship Program Podgorica was officially launched on December 2, by the U.S. Ambassador to Montenegro Margaret Ann Uyehara, together with the president of English Language Teachers’ Association of Montenegro ELTAM Dragana Radoman and the Director of the Directorate for Secondary Education, Secondary Vocational Education and Adult Education at the Ministry of Education Veljko Tomic. Regional English Language Officer Ms Jen MacArthur was also present at the official opening. Representatives of Municipality of Podgorica and Social Welfare Centre, our friends and colleagues also recognized the importance of Access Program for students, their families, municipality and the country.
