U.S. Ambassador to Montenegro Margaret Ann Uyehara, together with the English Language Teachers’ Association of Montenegro (ELTAM), officially closed a two-year Access Microscholarship Program in Nikšić, Montenegro.
Since December 2015, the students completed 360 hours of interactive English language learning activities, including two summer camps, with an aim of improving their communication skills and developing their leadership potential. The students also gained an appreciation for U.S. culture and democratic values and strengthened their ability to compete for and participate in future U.S. exchange and study programs.
