By taking part in online lesson on May 9, 2020, Access students got a unique opportunity to discuss important issues with Public Affairs Officer at the U.S. Embassy Podgorica, Ms. Nicole Galagher. Through a highly productive discussion with the guest, they were informed about the lives and achievements of several great American women.
While participating in break rooms discussion they were encouraged to think about some topic related questions and to think critically in order to express their thoughts regarding the conversation with the guest. Students were willing to share their impressions and showed great enthusiasm and effort in thinking beyond the surface. They all agreed on the fact that the contribution of women to a society is undeniable.
In the end, students showed maturity in discussing a complex issue such as the role of women and seemed willing to be those people who support each other, in every field, regardless of gender, profession, or status.
