World Oral Health Day 2019

World Oral Health Day is a far-reaching global oral health campaign, celebrated on 20 March every year. Its main goal is raising global awareness on the prevention and control of oral diseases promoting good oral health for everyone and empowering individuals to maintain a healthy mouth at all ages.

Our students visited local dentist Mr. Dzevdet Dacic at his working place in order to be informed about it.. The students asked a lot of questions considering preserving oral health, but also about some serious diseases that cause gum bleeding. They were also interested in new trends and technology applied in modern dentistry, implantology, teeth bleaching, and so on. The rest of the class was held in the classroom. The students made posters containing information on oral health to be displayed in four local schools.
