English Access Microscholarship Program in Rozaje was officially launched on October 26, 2017 by Her Excellency Margaret Ann Uyehara and the English Language Teachers’ Association of Montenegro ELTAM President Dragana Radoman. Access Rozaje students were given certificates of award, after watching the video message from Access Podgorica students. Numerous guests from relevant local community institutions and organizations were present together with students and their families. The English Access Microscholarship Program is implemented by the English Language Teachers’ Association of Montenegro ELTAM and financially supported by the U.S. Department of State through the U.S. Embassy Podgorica.
