U.S. Ambassador to Montenegro Margaret Ann Uyehara, together with the English Language Teachers’ Association of Montenegro (ELTAM) President Dragana Radoman and representatives of the Ministry of Education and Municipality of Nikšić, officially launched the Access Microscholarship Program in Nikšić, Montenegro on December 1.
Students and parents expressed their happiness and satisfaction with the event, local community organizations, institutions and media were extremely supportive. All of them recognized the importance of Access Program for students, their families, municipality and the country.
