Fulbright teaching assistant, John Redos’ visit on gender roles topic

On March 8, 2018 Access Rozaje was joined by the Fulbright teaching assistant John Redos and had a real insight when talking about the position of African-Americans and women in the USA. Students discussed about the history of African-Americans and talked about the position of women through time and how their role has changed to the present days, connected with the movie Hidden Figures they watched the previous class. Students were really interested in talking about the events that led to the 19th Amendment and the year when women got the right to vote.

They also played a game, “Extreme Dictionary”, which was very funny and interesting and made a good introduction since students got relaxed and felt more comfortable to speak.
