Global School Play Day is an event which promotes the importance of unstructured play in schools.
Being given the opportunity to support this kind of event, Access students proved that they haven’t grown up all the games and that it is possible to put aside all social networks for a while to just play. Their creativity and curiosity to learn and relearn was starting point for a memorable evening. Classes can be playful happenings still providing space for learning-new games, new rules, learning about each other and teaching each other new things. It was more than just a day of play. It was a day of acknowledgment that play matters, that children of all ages, as well as adults if invited, need play.
