Preparing, tasting and comparing traditional American and Montenegrin meals

Students tasted traditional American food (jambalaya, brownies, chocolate chips cookies, maple syrup and cranberry cookies and nut butter balls), found out about ingredients and procedure and got recipes for it. They also found out how to convert American cooking measures to the Montenegrin ones and vice versa. Students presented the traditional Montenegrin food (proja with kajmak and cheese, prijesnac, priganice and kacamak) to their guests from the U.S. Embassy Ms Abby Rawlins, Ms Bhavini V. Joshi and Ms Jelena Vojnic and gave them catalogues with recipes for Montenegrin meals they have made.
