Healthy Lifestyles – Yoga

Access students had the opportunity to do yoga at the local gym “Go – Gym”.  At the beginning of the lesson students introduced themselves and shared their sports preferences with the instructor. They were briefly informed about the importance of training and being fit. Our Yoga instructor, Mirjana Delic, described the influence and many benefits of physical activity which, in this case, yoga has on one’s body and mind. Students did a basic yoga class, learned related vocabulary and had a good morning workout. They were thrilled to learn and practice yoga. Many of them expressed willingness to try it again.
