On Wednesday, 11/15/2017, Access Podgorica was a host to Ms. Leslie Freriksen, Head of Political and Economic Section of the US Embassy in Podgorica. She introduced herself and her role to the students and talked about politics in the U.S.A. They discussed politics in the U.S.A. and all the particularities about the U.S. political and its state system. They could find out everything they wanted from someone who comes from the country that was main focus of our topic. Ms. Freriksen explained the main differences between the political system in the States and Montenegro, as well as the similarities. Their knowledge on the politics was expanded and enriched with useful information regarding the specifics of the entire process of elections, running for the Senate, Congress and the presidential office.
